I want to thank all the caregivers and staff at Stonebridge Memory care for taking such good care of my Mom for the last 5 years of her life. Everyone treated her as if she was their Mom or Grandma. You made sure she was comfortable and kept her busy. In the beginning of her journey there you would have her take blood pressure of the caregivers. You would give her paper and pen so she could chart. She loved the cookies she could see sitting in the front office and the staff would happily open the door and give her a cookie. God please everyone of you that take care of our parents, spouses, sisters, brothers, grandparents and just dear friends. Thank you to Trina, her wonderful Hospice nurse while she was still on home care. You have such a wonderful heart and you would always listen to me no matter what I had to say. You were so patient and you help me get her to her final destination. Ray Hickey Hospice. To all her nurses and caregivers there. Thank you for taking care of her for the last month of her life. You helped her cross over to a better place. She is now free from Alzheimer's and I know she is thanking each and everyone of you. It was all of you that helped me be strong for her.

Not a day goes by that I do not miss you Grandma. Hugs Aunt Sherry. Your amazing for all you do in regards to this horrible disease and the choices you made for Grandma. Mom, I know how hard this has been for you but remember grandma is happier no longer living with this horrible disease. As Joe Diffy said Grandma agreed and wished for, prop her up besides the juke box...... Don't forget her favorite drink in your hand.
