Carol Jean (Lundmark) Wilcox

June 17, 1945 to April 7, 2017

Carol Wilcox of Vancouver, WA, left us unexpectedly on April 7th, 2017. Carol will be remembered as one of the strongest women anyone could ever know. She fought and won many battles with cancer.
Carol happily married John Wilcox in 2000 and worked in the insurance industry for most of her career.
Carol enjoyed cooking and trying new recipes, especially using the fresh veggies she grew herself. She enjoyed spending time with her many friends sipping on a glass a wine, taking a chance with a bit of gambling or sharing a meal. Most of all, Carol enjoyed traveling with her husband John. Her favorite all time spot was in Maui, but she also loved the coast.
Carol is survived and will be missed by her husband, John Wilcox; brother, Steve (Linda) Lundmark; sister, Sandy Jones; daughters, Lisa (Mark) Santesson and Rhonda Haynes; grandchildren, Jacob Santesson, Josh Santesson, Taylor Little and Ellie Little; and nieces, Brandi Randall and Veronica Lundmark.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Marge Lundmark; and father, Bert Lundmark.
A Celebration of Life will be held on June 17th, from 11a.m.-1p.m. at the Moose Lodge, 6719 NE 219th St., Battle Ground, WA 98604.
