You are invited to a memorial service celebrating the life of Carl David Buchholz
At St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church
8701 NE 119th Street Saturday November 19th at 2:30 pm. Food following in the fellowship hall.
In lieu of flowers please feel free to donate to Carl’s favorite charity, Children’s Healing Art Project, fondly known as CHAP either at the service or to their address at 8065 SE Grand Avenue Suite 160 Portland, Oregon 97202. We are calling it Carl’s Coins for CHAP as he would always save everyone’s change for them.
The service is open to all. It will be adapted, inclusive and not a mass, but a memorial.
Anyone who would like us to silkscreen a plain colored T-shirt (not white) with Carl’s self portrait, please drop off a shirt with your name in the collar with Sylvia Corey or any special Olympics coach, with Rosemary at Employers Overload 700 SE Chaklov or with us at our home by November 14th and we will bring them to the celebration on the 19th.
