Harvey was born on June 8th 1955 in San Diego to Harvey Allen Darst Jr and Lottie Lee Ledford. He grew up with four sisters and three brothers. He married the love of his life Virginia on June 20th, 1978.
Harvey lived all over the country before settling in Vancouver, Wa. Harvey was a dedicated Seahawks fan who enjoyed every game. He also enjoyed pranking people to make them smile.
Harvey passed away from cancer on July 5th 2016. He is survived by wife Virginia and two sons Allen and Sean, granddaughter Aleigha, brothers and sisters Margie, Debbie, Jody, Barb, Thomas, Chipper, and Casey. He is preceded in death by his daughter Selene (1979) and parents Lottie (2001) and Harvey Jr (1977).
