I graduated from high school with Ernie and I've always considered him a good friend. We are planning our 50th class reunion and were so hoping he could make it to our party in August. Words cannot express the sadness I feel with his passing. Our fathers were both commercial fishermen so I knew Ernie for so many years before graduation. I was so looking forward to seeing him. My dearest thoughts and prayers go out to the family. He will forever be in my heart!
