Dear Ray and family,
We are just devastated to learn of Joyce's passing and cannot imagine what you are going through right now. We have such wonderful memories of the parties at your home, the humorous banter between Ray and Joyce, witnessing the tremendous love the two of you have for one another. Dancing in your backyard for Joyce's 50th birthday party seems like such a short time ago. Joyce even coordinated the title signing for the sale of our first home! We will miss her smile, humor, sarcasm and joy of life which she shared with everyone. Thinking of you with love!

To the Quarles and Beasley families, I have been feeling somewhat despondent after receiving the news regarding Joyce illness. We shared a special bond and no matter how much time passed we could always pick up like it was yesterday. I was so much looking forward to our visit with each other when she came to Nashville but I guess God saw differently. I would like to express my deepest sympathy in her passing. There are no words to express the pain and sorrow you must be feeling right now. I would like you all to know that I am praying that God will bless and keep you, giving you the strength and peace as days go by to help you endure these trying time. I love you and God bless you all.
