James Jay Leatherman ~ 70

November 30, 1945 ~ December 12, 2015
Jim Leatherman, 70, of Vancouver, WA, formerly of South Bend, IN, passed away peacefully on December 12 surrounded by his family.
Jim will be remembered for his 30 years of service to the mobile home and RV industry with Magic Chef/Whirlpool, his B.S. degree that wasn't a Bachelor of Science, his BBQ skills, his love of Michigan football and basketball (Go Blue!) and his commitment to his family. He was determined, personable and a man of his word.
Jim is survived by his wife of 38 years, Pat Leatherman, and his two children, Alyson Leatherman and Jay Leatherman.
A celebration of life will be held after the holidays at a time to be announced. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that remembrances be made to Community Health and Hospice at http://www.chhh.org/ or C.S. Mott Children's Hospital at http://victors.us/jamesjayleatherman.
