Was so saddened to learn of Tom's passing. I just got to Portland and tried to reach out to arrange our annual lunch and golf round. Tom was one of the kindest men I knew. I have always pledged to be as happy and positive as him as I grow older. One of the great ones, rest in peace Tom.

Life doesn’t end; it just changes. What was yesterday a rose is today the wind and the rain. Tom lives in our memories. His laugh, his kindness, his love of life. He is part of the universe and we will soon join him. His memory will last for generations but not forever. He is now part of God’s goodness. I will have a mass said for him. I will miss him.
