Karl C. Easley, 79, passed away Monday, October 12, 2020 in Vancouver, WA. He was born January 14, 1941 in Wichita, KS and grew up in Kansas City, KS. He graduated from Davison High School in Michigan, then enlisted in the USAF and served in Vietnam. Afterward he attended Univ. of Michigan graduating with honors. Karl began his AZ work career at Project PPEP as a Grant Specialist in Tucson, AZ; then became Community Development Director for City of Nogales, AZ; and Planning Manager for Mohave County, AZ, where he eventually retired from a dedicated career in 2006. He was an accomplished musician, photographer, artist, and traveler. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Eileen Easley. Survived by two sisters, Darlene Adams of Donna, TX and Karen Chaffee of Shepherd, MI, many nieces & nephews, and dear friends Paul & Chris Swift & family.
