Wanda Ann Francis, 46, of Vancouver, WA passed away unexpectedly on September 1, 2020. Wanda was born May 18, 1974 in Chicago Heights, IL to Barbara Jean (Strufe) and William Francis.
Wanda was quite artistic, even earning a degree from WSU in Arts and Media.
She is survived by her son, Nickoli Haun; father William Francis, Sister Christina Francis and Brother William “Billy” Francis. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara J Strufe Kovak.
She had a very Vivacious and driving personality that people loved.
