Mike and I met in high school at Grant. We walked home from school together many times. We liked to sit on my porch swing and he would teach me the car names as they passed on 33rd street. We also went to band practices together when he was in a garage band with Randy Warneke. Throughout my life we had many visits and when I needed help with something he was always there for me. I only wish I could have been there for him in his last days. I loved him so much and my prayers are with the family. I know he will be in Heaven, such an awesome man.
