Jim was a dear friend. We have been friends since 1979. We had fun times together, and he always took care of me when I needed his assistance. He was a Retired US Army Veteran of 20 years. He served honorably, and retired with a Honorable discharge. He will be missed immensely.

I came to Fort Vancouver to cut James’ hair on a couple of occasions. I found him to be a very warm, caring, good hearted man. May he rest in peace.
