Karen Marie (Borg-Breen) Scheels passed away at the age of 71 at her home in Vancouver, WA on July 19, 2018.

Karen was born in Webster, SD to Agnes (Bergee) and Pastor Erling Borg-Breen.  As a pastor’s daughter, Karen lived in Cottonwood, MN and Shelly, MN during her formative years.  She attended Concordia University in Moorhead, MN where she achieved her BS in Home Economics.
