Stephen Anthony Ball
Vancouver, Washington
January 19, 1975 ~ June 23, 2018
Stephen "Steve" Anthony Ball, 43, of Vancouver, WA, joined his Savior, Jesus Christ for eternity on June 23, 2018. He was born on Jan. 19, 1975 in Portland, OR.
As a child, Steve developed a love for basketball as a ball boy for the Clackamas High School basketball team where his brother played. He continued his passion for basketball and played for Stanwood High School where he graduated in 1993, and one season for George Fox.
Steve enjoyed disc golf and had an enthusiasm for many sports. He loved to follow and cheer for his favorite teams: OSU Beavers, Mariners, Seahawks, and the Trailblazers.
Steve's sense of humor, infectious 'belly' laugh,
and impersonations brought joy and
laughter to family gatherings.
Steve lived his life with zeal and showed love and compassion for all people. He was tender hearted for the lost and hurting. Family was extremely important to Steve and he loved them dearly. He was known to take interest in our family's lives, supporting and cheering us on in our endeavors.
One of his greatest joys was giving gifts, especially to his family. Most importantly, he loved Jesus Christ, and he had a heart to share the ultimate gift with everyone through worship and quality time.
Steve started ministry at the River Church in Corona, CA where he led street and high school evangelism. He later founded and was pastor of King of Glory Ministries. He continued to share the gospel as a guest speaker at churches throughout the country as he broadened his career as a search engine optimizer (SEO) and founder of KV Web Services. He later became a gifted SEO for AIM Dental Marketing.
Steve leaves two daughters, Nya Savage and Raven Peters; son-in-law, Geoff Peters; grandson, Barrett Peters; mother, Becky Ball; father, Del Ball; brother, Jon Ball; sister, Kristin Sears; sister-in-law, Jennifer Ball; brother-in-law, Scott Sears; nephews, Payton Ball, Davis Ball, Riley Ball, Jonathan Sears, Josiah Sears, and Caleb Sears; and nieces, Kayla Ball and Karissa Sears.
~ Steve will be deeply missed by all that knew him. ~
