Julie A. Forman

April 21, 1940 - May 29, 2018

Mrs. Julie Ann (Fleetwood) Forman, born on April 21, 1940 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, passed away at age 78 on May 29, 2018 in Vancouver, Washington. After graduating from Queens Hall Girls Academy she attended  the University of British Columbia. After her marriage to her beloved husband Ron they moved to the United States, and eventually settled  in  Battleground where they resided for almost 40 years.  Julie had many  passions over the years.   She bred and raised prize winning Dachshunds for many years and loved her volunteer work with the Willamette Valley Kennel Club.  She was affiliated with many organizations and nurtured  many interests at which she excelled. These included the Kelso Garden Club, a local quilting group,  book club and the local  Veterans  Hospital.  Julie made many long lasting friendships which was evidenced  by the outpouring of support from people far and wide when the news of her illness was announced. She  was preceded  in death by her husband Ron and is survived by 3 daughters, 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and her brother. At her request there will be no services.
