Shea told me about the Tynan Oxford house and I got all weepy and tried to find out more about this. I think it's so great and they were lucky to have Ted as a part of their organization.

My heartfelt condolences to the Tynan family.
The tide recedes but leaves behind bright seashells on the sand. The sun goes down, but gentle warmth still lingers on the land. The music stops, and yet it echoes on in sweet refrains. For every joy that passes, something beautiful remains.
Ted’s huge contagious beautiful smile has been emblazoned on my heart. Laughter was always naturally infused with love. He was a great vivacious man in every sense of the word. A man that will be deeply missed every day. An authentic friendship of love always. Forever in my heart T.T.T.

My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone and anyone who knew Ted. What an amazing person, who radiated happiness on the outside from all the love and peace he had on the inside. What a huge impact he had on me when I first came into Oxford House and recovery. He was one of the people that helped me build my foundation on this journey in recovery. I will be forever grateful that I got to know him, call him friend and feel his positive outlook on life.
Love you tons Hop-a-long!

Ted was a very special person. I never knew him to let things get in the way of what he wanted. He was always willing to try something new. He was a dear friend who I truly miss. Although I am sad he is gone from this world I know he is at peace. Goodbye BGGF!
