Obituary of Dennis J Lynch
Eulogy for Dennis Lynch
Dennis Joseph Lynch was born in King City, CA on March 5th, 1960 to Ivan Lynch and Jolene Pippin. His parents divorced when he was young and Dennis grew up with his mother and helped take care of his younger siblings. He spent most of his life in Vancouver, WA.
He started working in his early teen years and during his life he had many different jobs. He worked primarily as a server in several restaurants where he was everybody's favorite waiter with his big welcoming friendly smile. The most prestigious restaurant he worked in was Shenanigans where he learned how to fold cloth napkins.
One of his favorite jobs was driving brand new cars to different lots across Oregon and Washington. He loved to talk about the fancy cars he would get to drive. His love for cars extended to collecting Hot Wheels too (not Matchbox, ONLY Hot Wheels!). He shared this love with his three grandsons who love to play with Hot Wheels too.
In his free time, Dennis liked to cook, fix bikes, fix and make jewelry, work on cars and scooters, do yard work, collect marbles, stamps, and Hot Wheels, and read romance novels by Danielle Steel. He was quite the romantic and had a big soft heart. He will be remembered most for his love of family and friends and for the way he tried to take care of everyone around him.
Dennis is survived by his younger sister, Kathy and younger brother, Bill, his daughter, Lisa (husband - Clint), and his three grandson's, Levi, Logan, and Cambren. His younger brother Ivan passed away about 15 years ago.
